Meet the founder

I’m Shemeca Cooper—wife, mother, entrepreneur, and the visionary behind Namesake Properties, LLC and the Road to Restoration Program. I founded Namesake Properties with a desire to do more than just offer housing. I wanted to create opportunities for families and individuals to reclaim control of their future—mentally, spiritually, and financially.
Out of this passion, the Road to Restoration was born.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving communities with solutions that are rooted in faith, guided by wisdom, and built for real-world results. I believe in empowering people to dream again—and to take tangible steps toward those dreams.When I’m not leading workshops or growing our programs, I’m spending time with my husband and our children, who keep me grounded, inspired, and focused on legacy.Thank you for being here.
